Farewells are those bitter sweet moments when we are ready to let our dear students soar out of our nest to conquer the skies. The college hosts the Farewell day party for the outgoing batch of II PU students every year, a few months before their board examinations. The batch of 2023 witnessed a colorful party hosted for them. A grand ceremony was organized to give the outgoing batch a fitting farewell. The II PU students turned up, dressed in their best, preparing for an evening with mixed emotions. During the official function, students got a platform to share their experiences. Selected students were conferred the “Spirit of Vidya Mandir” award for relentlessly upholding the spirit of the institution. Two students Vaishnav.S and Mohd.Salman were given the Best Student award which is a recognition of sterling virtues and bright personalities in our students.
There was a surprise in store for the students. Following the formal function, a variety entertainment was put up for them by none other than the teachers themselves. There was dance, drama and music. This was followed by an engaging search for the Mr. and Ms. VMIPUC and needless to say that the event found great reception among the students. We, as an institution, felt content and happy knowing that we had given our dear students, the most deserving farewell.
